Who Can Order

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services. SIP Happens is built for adults who can read a caffeine label.

Our services may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. We don’t love using that line, but it’s here for a reason.

Products, Prices & The Way They Look on Your Screen

Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. Things move — ingredient costs, supplier availability, the occasional flavor we retire to the graveyard.

We strive to display accurate product information but cannot guarantee the accuracy of product colors and images as displayed on your device. Phones, monitors, and tablets all render color differently.

Due to the artisanal nature of our tea products, slight variations in appearance may occur from batch to batch. Each batch is small, made in Texas, 3rd-party tested. That handmade quality is the trade-off for the small differences you’ll occasionally see.

We may limit product quantities or geographic availability at our discretion.

Orders & Account Info

You agree to provide accurate and current information for all purchases. Wrong address, wrong card, wrong email — we can’t deliver, and we can’t fix what we don’t know about.

We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity. If your order looks like someone else placed it on your behalf without your blessing, we’re going to pause and check.

We may restrict purchases per person, household, or order. And due to the perishable nature of our tea products, certain shipping restrictions may apply.

Shipping & Returns

Please note that due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened to ensure quality and safety.

Privacy & Your Card

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy — go read it, it’s short and in plain English. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. We do not store credit card details on our servers. Our payment processor handles all of that, and we don’t keep a copy. (We don’t want it.)

Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools or services. Your use of such services is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for third-party content or services. This includes payment processors, shipping carriers, and tea suppliers.

We pick partners we trust — but once a package is in a carrier’s hands or a transaction is in a processor’s system, those companies operate on their own terms.

Anything You Post On Our Site

By submitting content to our site (including comments, feedback, reviews, or suggestions), you grant us the right to use, modify, and distribute that content. So if you leave a review we love, expect to see it in an ad, on a product page, or in an email.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit. Don’t post anything you wouldn’t put your real name on.

We provide our services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make this site, this brand, and these products great, but no business can promise perfection.

SIP Happens shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to any allergic reactions or sensitivities to our products.

Translation, in plain English: ingredients are listed on every product page. Read them before you sip. If you’re allergy-sensitive or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor first. This is real.
